Marcy Blum is an internationally sought-after event planner & entertaining expert who, with 30 years of experience, crafts events with sanity, humor, innovation, and style. With attention to detail and flair for the unimaginable, Marcy creates events that stimulate the senses and awe guests while creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.

A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Marcy is able to blend the tenets of theater, cuisine, décor, and atmosphere into every event she creates – establishing herself as an “eventiste” for her combination of artistry and practicality.

Marcy not only has been named a top planner in the world by both Vogue & Harpers Bazaar; she’s also been featured in countless publications, most notably People, The New York Times, Vanity Fair and Women’s Wear Daily. She’s also appeared on television shows such as on Oprah, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Rachael Ray Show, and several Japanese TV shows where she had absolutely no idea what they talked about.

A hospitality veteran (he opened two high-end restaurants in the early aughts), José planned his own wedding at The Foundry, one of the most coveted wedding venues in New York City. Passionate about the venue, he joined their staff and quickly become a crucial and beloved member of the events team. He made a name for his chill vibe and generous command, then left to start José Rolón Events.
