Jove Meyer Events was born after Jove planned and designed his best friend’s wedding in the summer of 2008 and loved every minute of it.
Jove and his team specialize in creating personalized weddings that are a reflection of each couple’s unique style, personality and relationship. He believes in a relaxed approach when guiding the planning and design process, creating a fun and stress-free experience. Jove Meyer Events is known for collaborating with some of the best vendors around to create fresh, beautiful and one of a kind events.

We asked Jove a few questions:
Why do you love being a Wedding Planner?
I love love! Collaborating with couples on such a happy and special event is the best! Being able to create a wedding that is a reflection of each couples unique style, personality and relationship is so much fun and so meaningful!
Do you have 3 pieces of advice for couples starting to plan their wedding?
- Do you! Make your wedding a reflection of your love, style and personality! It is easy to perform at your wedding, but do not fall into that trap and be yourself and design a wedding that is true to both of you, not what you think you should do for your family, friends, co-workers or the public!!!
- Enjoy the process and find joy in the small moments of planning along the way! It is easy to fall into the trap of being a Zilla, but do not give into those temptations or stereotypes, instead know yourself and plan in a way that will be easy, not stressful or intense!
- Hire the right team for you! There are so many vendors out there, but be sure you connect and vibe with the vendors you hire, especially your planner as they will have relationships with vendors similar to their vibe and style, so trust your gut and hire who you adore and want to work with!
