Happily planning weddings and other major lifetime events, I put my all into creating an experience for you that matches no other. I want to see you smiling bigger than you ever have, and I know in order to see that, I will need to bring creativity, expertise, and positive energy to you. With over 10 years experience in event planning and dubbed, “The Timeline Queen,” I know what it takes to create a smooth-sailing event. Relationships are everything to me, and that includes building great teams of vendors, as well as becoming “your person” throughout this experience. So let’s get started!

• Perfectly designed events from her fashion background (she graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC), and the ability to develop “Event Stories” personalized just for you

• A positive, sunny outlook, helping you focus on the positive and the “happy” leading up to your wedding day

Amanda is the author of Amazon Bestseller, “Smiling Through The Chaos of Wedding Planning,” a guide to helping people smile through the process of planning their big day.

Amanda uses her passion for giving back to contribute to charities with a focus on creating a future with more to celebrate, including Futures Without Violence and the breast cancer foundation, Evolve Pink, of which she is on the Board of Advisors.

When she’s not working, Amanda can be found having mini dance parties with her kids, painting, exercising, and laughing with friends and family, enjoying life to the fullest.

Full Wedding Day Planning clients get their entire day fully planned and executed by our trusted team of experienced vendors and the Smiling Through Chaos team. Whether planning for a backyard wedding, an intimate setting, or at a venue, we plan for the best day ever.

QUICK + VIRTUAL WEDDING PLANNING

Looking to get married in the next couple of months? Smiling Through Chaos will handle it all so you can enjoy your wedding day with the people you love most. With a streamlined process created specifically for you, you can still have a gorgeous wedding day without the wait. We can even do many of our planning meetings virtually. PARTIAL PLANNING

For couples who’ve already selected some of their vendors but need help adding that extra “something” to their day, Partial Planning from Smiling Through Chaos is the best option. Our Partial Planning clients receive our signature Month-of Coordination services, as well as assistance with decor, florals, sourcing other vendors, selecting the best rentals, confirming vendor schedules, and beyond. These clients appreciate the helping hand we’re able to give them to make their day truly in line with what they’ve envisioned all along.

MONTH-OF COORDINATION

The month leading up to your wedding will go quicker than you ever imagined, and the to-do list can seem insurmountable. Our month-of coordination service allows Smiling Through Chaos to step in and help tackle the final details of your day, finalizing schedules, confirming vendors, and being there on your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

PROPOSAL PLANNING

A proposal is one of the most special moments in a couple’s life, and we believe every proposal should be magical. Smiling Through Chaos is available to help you plan a proposal for your special someone, orchestrating all the details and creating the most special “Will You Marry Me?” moment. Many of our proposal planning clients opt for our help planning a post-proposal celebration, too.
