Why do you love being a wedding planner?
Being able to visually tell a love story is a beautiful experience. We incorporate our clients details to take their vision to the next level. We incorporate their favorite romantic songs, their love of travel, art, food, specific hobby details, love words, and those things that represent their personality.
Seeing our couples so in love and so happy on their wedding day, is a beautiful moment for a planner.
Advise to couples planning a wedding:
- Keep in mind the end goal- it’s about your union and the union of two families. Entertainment and food will be enjoyed but your love story is the reason your family and friends are there to celebrate with you.
- Budgets – the earlier you start your planning, the less stress you will feel. Budget planner services as a top priority. Planners have relationships with industry professionals that know how to and are willing to work within budgets. Many times planners will save you money and lots of time. Goal: less stress and smart money moves.
- Enjoy the process. Take photos of moments shared with your family when discussing wedding details, going to lunches, shopping for gifts, romantic dinners, and other moments leading up to your wedding day. Not only will you have these memories but you can incorporate these memories in photo and video to replay at different times in your journey. It’s a great way to share your love affair and new family traditions.

Signature Wedding Experience – this service is similar to the full planning package, except it does not include the procurement of wedding venue as the clients have already secure the venue. It does include all other services plus day of wedding coordination and management.
Fabulous Wedding Experience, a full and comprehensive planning package which incorporates the most important meetings, reviewing proposals from all vendors interviewed and selected, assistance with review of all final contracts, discussion of event decor and wedding vision analysis, setting up dress fittings meetings, hotel room block coordination, discussing chartered transportation options, welcome reception options, day after wedding options, reports sent to catering and social event managers, and other important day of wedding details. We communicate with clients, vendor team, venue managers and other team members throughout the entire process. We provide checklists, timelines, and budget reports to clients. We include day of wedding coordination and management in this package. We take care of all the important details, so that our clients can not only enjoy the planning process, but they can feel like confident that they hired the right team.
