Later, the space was used by the Albra Metal Foundry, and their logo is still visible on the property. The building was then abandoned for several years until it was purchased in 1980 by the Du Val family. 

The family slowly renovated the property to its original glory and added the extra touch of beauty and elegance. Today, the building fuses the charm of the industrial space with the elegance of a modern building to make an ideal venue for celebrating your big day.    

The Foundry is located in Long Island, NY. The main event venue features open brick walls that increase the aesthetic appeal of the building. Moreover, there is also sky roof lighting and balconies on both sides of the building. The value of this beautiful space is enhanced by its unique furniture and the highly efficient services provided by the staff.   

Venue Capacity at the Foundry wedding

The Foundry is an ideal venue for both intimate and large weddings. You also have the option of hosting the ceremony indoor or outdoor. The team at the Foundry works with you at each step of the way to ensure that you have the wedding setup that you dream of. They provide impeccable assistance in decorations and overall setup. 

The Foundry offers six event spaces that you can choose from. You’ll have access to an outdoor courtyard, an indoor greenhouse, a rooftop terrace, a lounge space, and a fully equipped industrial kitchen. For the outdoor setup, you can choose the option of either covered or uncovered event. You’ll have the breathtaking view of the Manhattan skyline in your backdrop.

 The spaces at the Foundry can accommodate as many as 200 guests. The venue also offers prep rooms for bride and groom and some relaxation rooms for guests prior to the event.
