Facilities and Capacity

The Queen Anne building, built-in 1881, offers two special event spaces for you to choose from: the Othmer Library and the Great Hall. The Othmer library encompasses original stained glass windows along with hand-carved woodwork. The library offers the space to seat 130 people without the dance floor and 110 with a small dance floor. This makes space a magnificent venue for exchanging your vows. 

If you choose to go with the Great Hall for your wedding ceremony, you’ll also have access to the Tile lobby’s grand wooden staircase and the beauty of stained glass daylight. The Great hall offers a capacity of 150 people with a small dance floor. You can also choose to have a bigger dance floor and reduce the capacity to 110.
