Education at Yale and Columbia, high school science chairman, then started a teachers’ center, specializing in workshops to help teachers engage students with science materials. People wanted to rent the beautiful space for parties. So I started learning cuisine and catering in 1973 and learned more and more from top chefs. I realized my dream by creating three extraordinary venues — three styles, three sizes, and three price ranges — that are terrific for celebrations for 15 to 200 persons, with fine foods and services.
