I have been blessed with a vibrant career in hospitality, planning and executing up to 50 weddings per year at luxury venues around the country. To complement my wedding planning experience, I recently became certified as a Holistic Health Coach. Through this training, I am able to support my clients as they incorporate self-care routines and improve their health habits. The most important thing to me is to help manage the stress that comes with wedding planning… whether it comes in the form of a detailed and accurate timeline or yoga and meditation.
