FabDay Events is a wedding planning business based in Long Island, NY. Owner Amaira is inspired by happy couples who are embarking on their happily ever after together. Keeping their preferences and style in mind, she strives to plan a heartfelt and personalized joyous occasion. Amaira began her wedding planning business in 2016 after leaving Wall Street. Through her experience in the challenging field of finance, she developed a proficiency for working under pressure. By accounting for all of the logistical details as well as the personal elements, this planner strives to produce seamless and wondrous events.
Amaira values authenticity. With complimentary consultations, she can get to know partners personally and ensure that their celebration reflects their genuine personalities and romance. By offering full-service planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination, she leaves her level of involvement up to the discretion of the to-be-newlyweds.
FabDay Events is pleased to assist with event design, venue and vendor management, and trying up any last-minute details. They even do destination wedding and any travel plans pertaining to them. From the initial meeting to the final touches, FabDay Events is dedicated to helping soon-to-be spouses make lasting memories with their loved ones.

Full Service Planning
You want someone to plan your wedding from start to finish so you don’t have to worry about anything. Does that sound like you? Beginning with finding the perfect venue, we will work together to plan every detail, creating a wedding that is personal, genuine, and beautiful.
Planning the biggest day of your lives can be stressful! With so many things to consider and options to explore, it can get out of hand quickly. We will work with you to determine what your vision is, find the best options within your budget, and design something truly inspiring. We’ll take care of every last aspect of your event, from creating the right ambiance, considering the flow, the service, the details, and the experience of the guests. We recommend choosing full service planning if you want your wedding to be the best wedding your guests have ever been to! It will give you the chance to have complete peace of mind, while also allowing you to enjoy your day fully.
Partial Planning
Partial planning comes with its own set of challenges. Maybe you found the perfect venue and the right DJ, but can’t figure the rest out. Or you have your key vendors booked, but need help actually planning the rest of the day out. This level of service is tailored to each client and their specific needs. Some clients will have more planning left to do than others. We will make sure we listen to your needs, and figure out what works best for you. While partial planning does require less time, we put the same amount of energy and attention into it as we do a full service wedding.
Day-Of Coordination
OK, so you have painstakingly planned every last detail and now you need someone to come in and take care of business! This is where Day-Of Coordination comes in. If you have planned everything for your wedding day and want someone to tie up any loose ends and put a pretty bow on it, this package is for you. Day-Of coordination includes understanding your vision, tying up any last minute details, creating a timeline for the day, and making sure your vision is executed flawlessly. Think of us as your Event Manager for the day!
Destination
Planning a wedding is hard enough without throwing in geographical challenges! If you are trying to plan a destination wedding, look no further! We have traveled with my clients to places like Miami, Texas, and am headed to Italy and Hawaii in 2022! If you are considering a destination wedding, reaching out sooner rather than later is important! We plan our schedules around our couples and destination weddings can be weekend long events, so working early on in the process ensures your dates are available.
