Shannon started her hospitality career with Hilton Hotels in Washington, D.C. after graduating from American University. Shannon planned two Inaugural Balls in addition to several staple Washington, D.C. events such as the Alfalfa Club Dinner & Gridiron Dinner before moving to Reno, Nevada and becoming a Casino Catering & Convention Services Sales Manager. Shannon then moved to Miami Beach where she switched careers and became a banker in Bal Harbour. Shannon then returned to her family in Spring Lake and her love of event planning and has been with The Breakers over 15 years.
