Born and raised in Montclair, Borzomati fell in love with event planning and the restaurant business as a little girl growing up in her uncle’s restaurant in NY. She got her start at executive Chef Ryan DePersio’s flagship restaurant, Fascino, where she discovered her passion for food and the restaurant industry and had the opportunity to learn all aspects of front & back of house from one of the best in the business. As director of events at Battello, Dominique leads a team that pays attention to individual needs of clients and thrives to create truly memorable moments.
