It has been a very good beginning of the year.
I was honored and proud to receive awards from the two most important organizations in my industry
(PPA – Professional Photographers of America and WPPI – Wedding and Portrait Photographers International).
Both awards were given for the photo book “Monks”. With a collection of images this book represents a window into
the life of Buddhist monks living in Myanmar.
These are a few words I learned by spending some time with the community of Buddhist Monks. They are some of the principals in which they live by:
May all beings be peaceful
May all beings be happy
May all beings be safe
May all beings be awaken to the light of their true nature
May all beings be free
