Celebrate your special day at the Brooklyn Historical Society, a national historic landmark in brownstone Brooklyn Heights only steps away from the Brooklyn Promenade. One of only a handful of interior landmarks in Brooklyn, our space is like no other! Built in 1881, our Queen Anne building is the perfect setting for the quintessential Brooklyn wedding with 2 unique event spaces. The interior landmarked Othmer Library features original stained glass windows and handcarved woodwork. The Great Hall features two story ceilings and blank slate to put your stamp on the space! Your guests are welcome into our Tile Lobby with original Minton Tiles, a grand wooden staircase and crowned with a stained glass laylight. We look forward to meeting you on a tour of our historic building!
