Last Saturday I photographed Kate and Ben’s wedding. They are such a fun couple and I knew that the wedding was going to be a fun one. I had photographed their engagement session a few months ago (read post L.O.V.E Can you spell it?) and you’ll see what I mean by a fun couple…
The ceremony took place at the Times Square Church. If you have not been there, you definitely have to check it out. It is a church that used to be a theater for Broadway shows.

Kate and Ben had around 1200 guests for the ceremony so they almost had a full house!!…
It was a challenging place to shoot because of the lighting, but it was also a good place to experiment with other lighting sources… In my case I used a lot of video light for the portraits of them… That’s one of the things that I love about my job, that I can keep exploring new things within the medium and the possibilities are endless.
